Thank you for choosing AirBlade. Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds

All purchases made through AirBlade are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.

30-Day Warranty Protection

Customers who purchase our optional 30-Day Warranty are eligible for assistance if their product arrives damaged or experiences a product-related defect within 30 days of delivery.

To request warranty assistance, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

After review, AirBlade may provide a replacement part, replacement product, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Accidents, misuse, or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect handling after delivery

If a warranty was not purchased, AirBlade cannot provide replacements, refunds, or exchanges.
