Pre-Order Notice
All AirBlade products are available through a pre-order system. Each item is carefully prepared and fulfilled after your order is placed.
By purchasing from AirBlade, you acknowledge and agree that your order is a pre-order and may require additional fulfillment time.
Processing & Delivery Time
Estimated fulfillment timeline:
- Production & preparation: 6–8 weeks
- Shipping after production: 2–4 weeks
Total estimated delivery time: 8–12 weeks
Please note that timelines may vary due to production schedules, quality inspections, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
AirBlade is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
